HISTORICAL DISTRICT KITCHEN + BASEMENT REMODEL

This home is located in south center city, Philadelphia, in one of the city's stunning historic districts. This family of four wanted a kitchen remodel in addition to excavating the basement and creating a new basement staircase below their existing main stairwell. Structural and historic preservation solutions were found to open up the flow in this home and to provide an entertainment-centered space for the family to enjoy.
